All individuals have access to affirming healthcare and opportunities to thrive, without disparities related to HIV, Depression, Anxiety, Substance Use Disorder, or Heart Disease. At Equality Empowerment Center, Alberto plays a key role in advancing community outreach and engagement initiatives. His work focuses on building meaningful connections, supporting inclusive programs, and fostering spaces where LGBTQ+ individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Through collaboration with community partners and organizations, Alberto contributes to expanding access to resources, strengthening networks, and promoting equity for all. His dedication reflects a strong commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and the well-being of the communities served.

William Campos – President

William Campos serves as President of Equality Empowerment Center and is a gender non-conforming leader with a background in Business Administration from Florida International University (FIU). He has built strong trust and respect throughout Miami-Dade County through his authentic, community-centered leadership.

Specializing in HIV testing, prevention, and outreach, William works collaboratively with local organizations to expand access to health services and empower marginalized LGBTQ+ communities. His leadership is grounded in lived experience, advocacy, and a deep commitment to advancing health equity, dignity, and opportunity for all.
